The social programs are designed to provide all participants with a chance for quality relaxation and entertainment during the congress. These programs will offer a great opportunity to reestablish old friendships and create new ones with colleagues from around the world. Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception
   Date & Time: 18:00 ~ 20:00, Thursday, June 10, 2004
   Place: Grand Ballroom (3F), Lotte Hotel Jamsil

The Welcome Reception that follows the Opening Ceremony will provide the participants with a relaxed atmosphere, free drinks, and buffet-style dinner.

Gala Night
   Date & Time: 19:00 ~ 21:30, Saturday, June 12, 2004
   Place:
Cruise Boat on Hangang (River)
   Fee: US$30 (dinner inclusive)

During the Gala Night, various performances are prepared for the night cruise on Hangang (River). All delegates and accompanying guests are invited to join this special Gala Night, for which the fee is $30.00 to participate. Through this unique event, participants will be able to view the night skyline of the capital city and enjoy peace and relaxation, away from the busy streets of the urban core. We are sure that the Gala Night will be a memorable event for all who attend.

Accompanying Persons' Program
  All registered accompanying persons are welcomed to join the complimentary tour below. Others can join by paying the appropriate fee. Reservations are strongly recommended.

Samcheonggak: The authentically recreated buildings of Samcheonggak (the name literally means "Three Purity: Palace-Jade Purity, Noble Purity, and Great Purity) are home to perform arts and dedicated to sharing the traditions of Korea with its citizens and visitors. The highlight of the tour is making a delicate Korean lamp with the traditional Korean paper called Hanji.
