Registration fee for participants includes admission to the sessions (except Pre-Congress Symposium and Sunrise Seminars), Luncheon Symposia, Workshops, Exhibition, Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception, Coffee Breaks and Congress Kit (including congress materials such as the program book and abstracts book).
Accompanying persons are entitled to enter Opening Ceremony & Welcome Reception, Exhibition and Accompanying Persons' Program.

Pre-Congress Symposium
Registration for Pre-Congress Symposium will be processed on a first come, first serve basis because of the limited seating. If you are interested in the Pre-Congress Symposium, please indicate on the registration form to participate.

Sunrise Seminar
Sunrise Seminars are available for pre-registrants. Each seminar will accommodate 30 participants but if the number of participants is less than ten, the seminar will be cancelled. If you are interested in the Sunrise Seminars, please indicate on the registration form to participate.

Fee: US$ 20 per seminar
※ The fee for Sunrise Seminars includes breakfast.

Workshop
Applications for the workshops will be processed on a first come, first serve basis due to the limited availability. If you are interested in the workshops, please indicate on the registration form. There is no fee. Please refer the scientific program for detailed schedules of the workshops.

Method of Registration
You can register by submitting the Registration Form via fax, email or airmail along with proof of payment (e.g. copy of the bank transfer slip). Photocopied forms are acceptable.

Methods of Payment
Please note that any bank charge incurred for remittance will be the responsibility of registrants.
The following payment methods are available:
Credit Card
  For foreign participants, VISA, MasterCard and JCB are acceptable. Please clearly state your credit card details on the registration form.
Only BC Card is acceptable for domestic participants.
Bank Draft
  Bank drafts are to be made payable to the 13th WPACCM. Please indicate your name, mailing address and contact number on the back of the bank draft. Personal or company checks will not be accepted.
Bank Transfer
  A direct bank transfer can be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the Registration Form.

Letter of Invitation (for visa application for admission into Korea)
Participants requiring an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the 13th Congress of the WPACCM should contact the secretariat before April 30, 2004. This letter is NOT a form of commitment on the part of the 13th WPACCM organizer to provide financial assistance to any participant. Expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of participants.

Registration Confirmation
A written confirmation and official receipt of your registration will be sent to you once your registration form and payment are received.

Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation should be made in writing and sent to the Secretariat of the 13th WPACCM. The following cancellation policy will be applied:

On or after May 10, 2004
A 70% refund No refund
All bank charges will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Please note that for administrative reasons, refunds will be made after the congress.
