The 35th Annual Conference of the KSCCM will be held on April 22(Fri) ~ 23(Sat) at Sejong University Convention Center. On-line abstract submission system will be prepared on our website until March 31(Thu) 2016. Please, abide by the guideline for abstract submission.

Information about receipt of paper abstract
- Method of Receipt: Receipt through the Internet (You are supposed to draw up in Korean or English
in accordance with registration format.)
- Outline for Receipt of Paper Abstract
1) Abstract Presenters are definitely to make a registration for this academic conference, in advance.
2) The abstract contents should be drawn up within 1,000 letters in Korean and 2,000 letters in English,
respectively.
3) The abstract contents should be drawn up in the order of purpose, method, results, and conclusion.
4) Oral presentation should be made within 7 minutes and its question & answer session is within 3 minutes.
5) Only MS Power Point beam projection is available in time of oral presentations
Information about Poster Presenters
1) The size of a poster is 90 cm tall by 120 cm wide.
2) The relevant presenters are supposed to post up the poster by 8:45 in the morning on that day of
presentation.
3) The presentation title number in the abstract collection for the academic conference should coincide with
the number marked on the upper part of the left side of each poster exhibition block and this number
indicated the order of the presentations.
4) The given time for one - title presentation is 7 minutes with 3-minute question and answer session,
and a discussion session.
5) Thumbtacks are prepared on the presentation site by the relevant Society.
6) Please make a poster with a size enough to be easily legible at about 2 meters.
7) You will have to collect the attached posters at 5 in the afternoon of that day of presentations
Information for Oral Presenters
- In an effort to conduct the smooth progress of the conference, this Society is operating a Preview station
(next to VIP room on the second floor).
1) Operation Time: At 8 am on April 22(Fri.) ~ 5 pm on April 23(Sat.)
2) Submission of PPT File for Presentation Slides: Within one hour before presentation
3) Cautions
① Presentation Slides are supposed to be submitted in Power Point format.
② Presentation Slides are supposed to drawn up in accordance with the abstract content.
③Presentation Slides are supposed to be submitted to the operating personnel at the reception booth.
* The presentation slides are not received at the presentation room.
